Accoseal 是一系列市场知名且广泛指定的基于软垫圈技术的密封材料，在汽车密封环境中具有悠久的历史，同时提供具有成本效益的终端产品定制和制造选项。
软木和精选橡胶的独特混合物产生了用于软垫圈密封的材料，由于减少了侧流，允许更大的接触面积和更高的压缩比，从而保证有效的密封屏障，防止潜在的法兰表面缺陷、扭曲和泄漏路径。
材料一致性
在冲压钢或轻质组件中，Accoseal 软木橡胶材料特别有用，能够以较小的紧固件负载和较小的硬件变形进行压缩，从而实现整体优化的系统设计。与其不可压缩的对应物（如橡胶）相反，它的受控侧流允许凹槽组装而无需余量（无挤出现象）。
耐化学性
Accoseal® 产品具有针对汽车应用介质（如燃料、润滑剂和冷却剂）的广泛特性。专用等级是 UL 列出的，如 NC710、NC711 和 NC711G，属于 UL157 燃料类别。尤其是我们的环氧氯丙烷级 NC711G 已经在生物柴油和生物乙醇燃料混合物中进行了广泛的测试，成绩显著。
